Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we want you, the customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please inspect your purchase on delivery.
For large or bulk quantities your order will be delivered by our own distribution team. Please inspect your order and if you find a fault you may reject it and return it immediately, we will then arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order is delivered to other areas of the UK by carrier please check for visible signs of damage and sign delivery notes appropriately (IE goods damaged) or refuse delivery we will then arrange a refund or replacement.
Mistakes on Orders
It is the customers responsibility to check that your order is correct by checking the confirmation email which is receved when you place your order.
We will try our utmost to deal with customer mistakes by either altering the order for you or cancelling the order to allow you to re-order the correct item(s).
ANY customer order errors not reported within 4 hours are the customers responsibility.
Cancellations of Items
Custom/Made to Measure Items
These will not be eligible for refund (as per the Distance Selling Regulations exception of custom made goods) unless the items have not been manufactured at the time of cancellation or are defective.
Where items have been manufactured if the items have not been despatched then delivery charges will be refunded where possible.
Ready Made Items
After accepting your order if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 7 days, providing the item is returned in a new and re-saleable condition inside its original packing.
Return delivery costs will be at the expense of the customer.
As banks and credit card companies vary in time to process refunds please allow a reasonable time before a refund appears on your statement.
E-mail Addresses and Phone Numbers
By purchasing from our store you agree that we may contact you by e-mail or phone numbers you have provided. Such contact will be for the purposes of clarification or notification of orders, including (but not limited to); processing and delivery. We will not
contact you with marketing/offers or pass on your e-mail and/or phone number unless we are required by applicable laws to do so.
Further to our existing policy; by ordering from Mirrors and Glass Ltd and ticking the Agreement to these terms you explicitly grant us the following rights.
- The right to store and utilise your details, as provided by you, for the purposes of correspondence concerning your purchase.
- The right to contact you to carrying out clarification of any details of your purchase.
- The right to contact you for any problems and/or delivery details or discussion concerning your account or order(s).
- The right to contact you for any other reason concerning fulfilment of your order.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to have your details removed from our system at any time so long as we receive this notification in writing. An email will constitute written notice, provided it is from the registered account email.
If you exercise this right before delivery of your items is complete then we cannot be held responsible for none delivery and no refund will be applicable.
