Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we want you, the customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please inspect your purchase on delivery.
For large or bulk quantities your order will be delivered by our own distribution team. Please inspect your order and if you find a fault you may reject it and return it immediately, we will then arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order is delivered to other areas of the UK by carrier please check for visible signs of damage and sign delivery notes appropriately (IE goods damaged) or refuse delivery we will then arrange a refund or replacement.
Mistakes on OrdersIt is the customers responsibility to check that your order is correct by checking the confirmation email which is received when you place your order.
We will try our utmost to deal with customer mistakes by either altering the order for you or cancelling the order to allow you to re-order the correct item(s).
ANY customer order errors not reported within 4 hours are the customers responsibility.
Cancellations of Items
Custom/Made to Measure ItemsThese will not be eligible for refund (as per the Distance Selling Regulations exception of custom made goods) unless the items have not been manufactured at the time of cancellation or are defective.
Where items have been manufactured if the items have not been despatched then delivery charges will be refunded where possible.
Ready Made ItemsAfter accepting your order if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 7 days, providing the item is returned in a new and re-saleable condition inside its original packing.
Return delivery costs will be at the expense of the customer.
