Fantastic service and product from start to finish. Due to my being on holiday they kindly held for me and then gave a speedy delivery. Impressive service. Although the website is lacking a bit aesthically compared to other modern sites, it all works fine and there is a lot information listed to help with you make the correct choice. I ordered two samples before picking my final glass choice for my DIY 'hidden tv', the cost of which, as described, was promptly refunded the same day - following my final mirror order. The team evidently runs a tight, proffessional service.

We enquired about having a shower enclosure, made to measure by email. Paul in technical was very helpful by supplying a cad drawing along with all the relevant images of hardware to suit our project. The price was also extremely competitive. We were emailed updates from the processing and then was supplied with a delivery date. The driver was also very helpful in stating a time for us as we both work. I don't usually write reviews but we were so pleased from start to finish I cannot recommend Mirrors and Glass enough.

Thes man is rude and talk to his customer like they are idiots would not recommend , mirrors and glass we left the drawer front with you and obviously were told you would call when ready The drawer was drilled wrong that’s why we left the drawer with you as a template , but to say you will charge £10 a day storage and talk to me like am an idiot is not how you do business to be honest We never received the call obviously regarding the drawer front but you binned it anyway something that didn’t belong to you ! a phone call to your customer as a reminder would of been nice instead of getting on your high horse shouting !

12-14 months ago Simon from your factory brought 7 pieces of mdf templates in to have bevelled mirrors cut to fit and one 7mm hole required as to template, we supplied the mirrors exactly to the templates provided, then Simon called us to say the mirrors had broke fitting the knob handles because the holes were not drilled correctly in the mirrors, after inspecting the templates the holes were not centered correctly on the template so the mirrors needed to be turned around and then the holes matched up correctly he apologised and we actually replaced the broken mirrors foc, at the same time Simon brought in another template for us to process another replacement mirror which was made and not paid for and i told him it would be ready to collect in a couple of days after not hearing from him well over 12 months we recycled the mirror and mdf template.

Thank you very much for the excellent quality product of glass shower door screen which fits perfectly and looks amazing. From product order to delivery communication has been excellent. Delivery was in stated time frame. Arrived in the early hours by a very friendly delivery driver who called well in advance to arrange early am delivery. Hi, Just to say the delivery arrived safely and is now installed. More importantly however, I would like you to make sure that our thanks reach your delivery driver. Although you are based around 90 miles from us, he called beforehand to let us know that he knew our road (despite the fact that our house is brand new) and that if safe arrangements could be made, he would personally deliver the item in the early hours- as it suited him to do so. Sure enough when we woke up, the mirror was exactly in the place as arranged, without waking us (or the dog!!). That is service. Please ensure this reaches him.

Hi Julie and the team at M&G Last weekend I undertook the arduous task of replacing my broken drawer fronts with the three bevelled mirror units that you supplied (I know it’s taken me a while to get around to it!). I just wanted to drop you a line to say what a fantastic job you’ve made of the replacement panels. The bedroom furniture looks as good as new – I’m absolutely delighted with the quality of work and the service that you provided (hand delivered panels… now THAT’S how you add the personal touch). I recently ordered a made to measure mirror from you which was delivered today, but I could not work out how to leave a review!

I just wanted to thank you for such an amazing, perfectly sized mirror which has made my en suite look incredible! The service from your company was fantastic, particularly from your delivery driver who even agreed to call me a while before he arrived so I could pop out of work to let him in, he gave me a ten minute time frame of when he thought he would arrive and he was bang on! He was really lovely and his service was spot on! It is rare these days to be wowed by a companies service but I was really blown away and I wanted to let you know how pleased I am!
