Terms of Service

Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we want you, the customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please inspect your purchase on delivery.

Your order will be delivered by our own distribution team. Please inspect your order and if you find a fault you may reject it and return it immediately, we will then arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order is delivered to other areas of the UK by carrier please check for visible signs of damage and sign delivery notes appropriately (IE goods damaged) or refuse delivery we will then arrange a refund or replacement.

Cancellations of Items

Custom/Made to Measure Items

These will not be eligible for refund (as per the Distance Selling Regulations exception of custom made goods) unless the items have not been manufactured at the time of cancellation or are defective.
Where items have been manufactured if the items have not been despatched then delivery charges will be refunded where possible.

Ready Made Items

After accepting your order if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 7 days, providing the item is returned in a new and re-saleable condition inside its original packing.
Return delivery costs will be at the expense of the customer.


As credit card companies vary in time to do refunds please allow a reasonable time before a refund appears on your statement.

The driver will be solo therefore arrangements should be made to provide someone to help unload the mirror(s) if they are particularly large.
The driver is unable and uninsured to carry the mirror(s) beyond ground level (i.e. into a bedroom or loft).
If delivery is to an address other than at ground level or if the items are carried beyond ground level, any damage caused to the mirror(s) during carriage up any stairs or in lifts is not the responsibility of the driver or Mirrors and Glass Ltd. but solely that of the customer.

On very rare occasions products that are nearing there maximum delivery schedules we ship with TNT who make 1 attempt to deliver only, leaving a card for you to re-arrange convenient times. If items remain un-delivered after 3 days they are returned to us.
A further shipping charge is then required to attempt re-delivery.
